Useful information

Required documents for export declaration for vehicle:

• brief document of vehicle
• vehicle registration number or registration number of vehicle tow truck on which the vehicle is transported
• document confirming the purchase of vehicle, for example: invoice, purchase and sale agreement, donation agreement
• in case of sale from company EORI number of this company is required as well as authorization (power of attorney)
• authorization (power of attorney) from Ukraine if the driver represents the buyer of vehicle
• buyer’s passport copy

Required documents for export declaration for good, other than vehicle:

• export invoice
• specification (packing list) with net and gross weights, quantity of goods, quantity and kind of packages for each customs item
• other necessary documents needed in case of issuing certificates confirming the origin of goods (set individually)
